This Privacy Policy explains who we are and as a data controller, how we process (i.e., collect, record, organize, structure, store, adapt or alter, retrieve, consult, use, disclose, disseminate or otherwise make available, align or combine, restrict, delete or destroy) your personal information as data controllers, and how you can exercise your privacy rights. We are Sims Puzzle Games Limited, a developer and publisher of games and mobile game applications available through app stores such as the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. This privacy policy applies to the personal information we collect through our games, mobile applications, and other products (collectively referred to as "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by this privacy policy and consent to our processing of information as described herein.

1. Information We Collect From You

Most of the information we collect about you comes directly from your interaction with our games or with third-party advertisements in our games. Generally, the information we collect about you relates to the type of device you use, information that helps us identify your device, how you play our games, and may include information you voluntarily provide when you contact us. We may also collect information from app store platforms, partners, and other third parties, such as information about your interests and in-app purchases (provided that we never receive your payment or credit card information).

The information we may collect about you through our Services can be broadly categorized as follows:

(a) Information You Provide Voluntarily

Certain parts of our Services may require you to voluntarily provide personal information. For example, we may ask you for certain information when you submit an inquiry to us, such as:

• Your name, email address, or other details necessary to process your inquiry;
• Any information you submit to our support team via email.

We will attempt to explain the personal information we request and the reasons for requesting it when we ask you to provide personal information.

(b) Information We Collect Automatically

When you use our Services, we may also automatically collect certain information from you and/or your device that may be considered personal information under applicable data protection laws, such as:

• Data and analytics about your use of our Services (e.g., in-game progress, levels, games played, session duration, preferred settings, in-game advertisements you may have viewed, in-game references, or just game preferences, and how you were referred to our Services);
• Your IP address and device identifiers, such as your advertising ID, device ID number, user ID (for more information, see advertising ID and device ID here);
• Your device type and operating system;
• Your service communications (e.g., in-game emotional signals exchanged with other players);
• General geographic location based on your IP address (e.g., country or city-level location);
• Precise location based on your address;
• Requesting permissions for your external storage. We may collect information such as documents, photos, etc., necessary for relevant features to facilitate your normal use of product functions. However, we currently do not collect or use other information such as music files, audio files, videos, voice recordings, etc.
• When a program crashes, the system automatically generates crash logs. We may collect these logs and analyze hem using specialized tools to identify the cause of the crash.
• When diagnosing program or system issues, we collect relevant diagnostic data, including system status, application information, device performance, etc. This data will be used to analyze the root cause of the problem and develop appropriate solutions.

Advertising IDs refer to the Apple Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) on Apple and Google Advertising ID (GAID). These are unique identifiers for mobile devices used by advertisers to personalize ads. They are consistent across all mobile applications, allowing for cross-app tracking. On Apple, you can opt out by selecting the "Limit Ad Tracking" option in your privacy settings. On Google Android, you can opt out of personalized ads by selecting "Opt Out of Personalized Ads." Advertising IDs are non-permanent, non-personal identifiers uniquely associated with your device.

Device identifiers/information refer to device type, model, manufacturer, operating system, and its language or other technical data, such as screen size or processor, or a combination of these data provided by the device for developers to check compatibility with specific applications.

Some of this information may be collected through cookies, as further explained under the Cookies section below.

(c) Information We Obtain From Third-Party Sources

• Third-party social networks: Google Play Game Services, Apple Game Center, Facebook ("Third-party Social Networks"). You may choose to connect to our Services through your social media accounts. The information we receive from your social media depends on your social media privacy settings but generally includes your basic public profile information, such as your username, gender, and friends who play the same game.
• Third-party service providers: We may receive information about you from third-party sources. We may obtain your personal information, for example, when you install our game after clicking on an advertisement for the same game before installation.
• Advertising partners: Sometimes, we may also receive information about you from other third-party sources. For instance, if you click on an advertisement that directs you to one of our Services (such as an advertisement for our game displayed in another publisher's game), we will receive information about which ad network and advertising campaign the installation came from.

(d) No Special Categories of Information

We do not request or intend to collect any "special categories of information," such as personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, genetic data, biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person, data concerning health, or data concerning a natural person's sex life or sexual orientation. Please exercise caution when sharing information about yourself (or others) in our forums.

• Our Legal Obligations: We will use your information as required by law, for example, we will use your location for tax reporting purposes.

(b) In-App Purchases

Our games support in-app purchases. We do not process payments for in-app purchases and do not have access to your credit card information.

Payments for in-app purchases are completed through your App Store account, Google Play account, or Amazon.com account via the app store. Any post-purchase processes are controlled by the Apple, Google, and Amazon.com stores and are subject to the specific terms of the Apple, Google, and Amazon.com stores. Please review the privacy policies and terms of service of your Apple, Google, and Amazon.com stores.

3. How We Share Your Information

We cannot provide all the services necessary for the successful operation of our games on our own. Therefore, we must share the information we collect with third parties in order to develop and provide our services, display advertisements, conduct analysis and research, and measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns with our partners. We also reserve the right to disclose your information (including personally identifiable information) when required by law, in an anonymous and aggregated manner, meaning that your personal identity cannot be identified from it.

We may share such information with:

• Our Analytics Providers: We use third-party analytics services to provide us with services, conduct analysis, and research. The device data we share with these providers is encoded. Providers may assign a random ID to this data, but they cannot match it to you. We can aggregate data for benchmarking purposes.
• Our Cloud Service Providers: We store the information we collect from you on servers provided by third-party cloud service providers, such as iCloud and Google Cloud Platform.
• Our Tracking and Fraud Prevention Providers: For some of our games, we use tracking and fraud prevention providers to measure performance and optimize our advertising campaigns, display advertisements, conduct analysis to improve our services, and prevent fraud. These providers may use APIs and SDKs in our games to collect and analyze data and information related to users and devices, such as impressions, clicks, installs, or other performance metrics of advertising campaigns, as well as in-app events post-installation.
• Third-Party Advertising Partners: We have contracts with certain third-party advertising networks that assist us in delivering advertisements to you, allowing us to continue offering games for free or at a low cost.
• Third-Party Tracking Providers of Advertising Partners: We allow our advertising partners to track impressions, clicks, installs, or other performance metrics of their advertising campaigns through their tracking providers. They may use their own third-party tracking providers.
• Other Third-Party Service Providers: For our games, we use Unity software to develop such games. For information on Unity's data processing, please refer to the Unity Privacy Policy at https://unity3d.com/legal/privacy-policy. For certain games, we collaborate with third-party development studios to develop such games. These third-party development studios do not have access to your personal information; they can only access aggregated data that cannot be traced back to you.

In the future, we may enter into contracts with other partners or change existing partners to perform any services related to the games. These changes will be updated from time to time, and if there are significant changes to our data processing practices, they will be updated promptly.

Our current list of service providers and partners is available online.

We reserve the right to disclose your information (including personally identifiable information) in response to legal requests, legal processes, litigation, and/or requests from public and governmental authorities within and outside your country of residence. If we determine that disclosure is necessary or appropriate for national security, law enforcement, or other public interest matters, we may also disclose information about you. If we determine that disclosure is reasonably necessary to enforce our terms and conditions or to protect our operations, users, or user experience, we may also disclose information about you.
For any other questions regarding third-party information collection, you can contact us for inquiries or refer to their privacy policy links to address your concerns.

4. Advertising

(a) General Information

We use advertising to fund our services and provide our games for free.We offer our games for free or at a low cost, and to do this, we need to share the information we collect from you with our third-party advertising partners. To protect your privacy, we only temporarily store personal information. The information collected helps us improve our website and games while providing our games for free to a wide audience of players.

If you are a user in the European Economic Area (EEA), please note:

• When you use our games, we display advertisements to you based on our legitimate interests. The legal basis for displaying advertisements to EEA users is the legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, which we have assessed in conjunction with our data protection officer. Additionally, in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR, we have entered into data processing agreements with external advertising technology providers. We also ensure that our external service providers are committed to a high level of data protection by entering into data protection agreements.
• We always seek your consent before sharing any information with our advertising partners for personalized advertising. When you press the relevant button to accept while loading the game, you are giving your consent. We only allow our advertising partners to show you personalized ads if you press "Accept" in the relevant pop-up and agree to share your personal information for personalized advertising purposes. Our advertising partners use different technologies to implement personalized advertising, which process your personal information in various ways. Therefore, please review their data processing practices before you accept personalized advertising when loading the game. Our current list of advertising partners and links to their privacy policies are available. The legal basis for displaying personalized ads to EEA users is based on consent under Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR. Additionally, in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR, we have entered into data processing agreements with external advertising technology providers. We also ensure that our external service providers are committed to a high level of data protection through data protection agreements. The purpose is to improve our games and provide players with more relevant advertisements. You can withdraw your consent to share your personal information for personalized advertising purposes at any time. You can do this by going to the game settings and clicking on the terms and privacy button. In the section for withdrawing consent for personalized advertising in the privacy policy, you will be able to manage your preferences by selecting the types of ads you wish to receive. When you decide to withdraw consent or do not provide consent, you may still see the same number of ads on your mobile device; however, the relevance of these ads may be lower as they will not be based on your preferred topics, interests, behaviors, demographics, etc. Our advertising partners may continue to show you ads based on the content of the applications you are using.

(b) In-Game Advertising (i.e., when you view ads in our games)

To enable us to display in-game advertisements, we may send your advertising ID and IP address to advertisers (or advertising networks) so that they can find suitable ads to provide you within our games and third-party assets. You can control and limit our use of your advertising ID in your device settings. We cannot control which specific ads are displayed in our games (this is controlled by the advertising platform), but we will blacklist certain categories of ads.

Advertising networks use advertising IDs for various purposes (please refer to the privacy statements of the listed advertising partners), including:

• Limiting the number of times you see the same ad;
• Ensuring they are dealing with real human users on actual devices rather than "automated" bots;
• Providing you with ads that may be relevant to you based on your advertising ID and your general geographic area, which is also recorded using your advertising ID. Other brands purchase ad placements through advertising networks or advertising exchanges to promote their products in our games. Advertising networks or advertising exchanges act as intermediaries between other game companies and us. To charge companies that purchase ads, we track ad clicks and potential installs of other developers' applications. Ad impressions, clicks, and installs are measured using the advertiser ID;
• Tracking the games you use to promote similar types of games to you. Advertisers typically use IP addresses to broadly view your general geographic area, such as country, state, province, city, or sometimes at the city level.

(c) Viewing Our Ads on Third-Party Services

We also promote our games in other applications by requesting advertising platforms to provide ads to audiences interested in the games (identified using advertising IDs).

We also promote our games in other applications by requesting advertising platforms to provide ads to audiences interested in the games (identified using advertising IDs).

Advertising platforms use advertising IDs for various purposes (please refer to the privacy statements of the listed advertising partners), including:

• Measuring ad effectiveness (viewing the total impressions, clicks, and installs generated through ads in other publishers' games);
• Informing players who have not played the game for a while about new content in the game. We provide these users' lists to the advertising platform in the form of advertising IDs. The ad network then shows these users ads about new content;
• Not displaying ads on games that players are already playing. We can send a list of active players to the advertising platform in the form of advertising IDs. The ad network will then exclude these players from the ads;
• Promoting the game to a group of potential players.

(d) Who Can Show You Personalized Ads?

Please refer to the list of advertising providers that are allowed to display personalized ads and review their data processing practices, including the technologies they use for personalized advertising.

(e) How to Opt-Out of Personalized Ads?

In addition to the specific tools provided in the game for EEA users, you can also use your device settings.
iOS Devices
Open the "Settings" app on iOS, select the "Privacy" menu item, and then select the "Advertising" sub-item. If you activate the "Limit Ad Tracking" option, we can only take limited measures, such as identifying unique users or combating fraud. In the same menu, you can always delete the IDFA ("Reset Advertising ID") and create a new ID that will not be merged with previously collected data.
Android
Open the "Settings" app and select the "Google" menu item. Depending on your device, this option may not be visible in the main menu, but you can use the search function at the top of the "Settings" menu to find it. From there, select the "Advertising" sub-item and activate the "Opt-Out of Personalized Ads" option to prevent profile creation and display of personalized ads. You can also delete the advertising ID ("Reset Advertising ID") at any time in the same menu, which will create a new ID that will not be merged with previously collected data.

5. Third-Party Social Networks

(a) Connecting to Third-Party Social Networks

Some of our games use third-party services, such as Google Play Game Services, Apple Game Center, and Facebook ("Third-Party Social Networks"). These games allow you to log in to your third-party social network account using the "Login" feature in our application to connect to our app. You can also share content you create within the app on third-party social networks. Please note that third-party social networks are governed by their own privacy policies, terms, and end-user agreements, and we are not responsible for the sharing practices or policies of third parties operating these sites, nor can we control their sharing practices or policies. If you have any further questions, please contact us at lulugame.studio@gmail.com.

(b) Information We May Receive When You Connect to Third-Party Social Networks

The information you allow us to access varies by application and is influenced by the privacy settings you have established on those third-party social networks. You can control and learn more about these settings from the relevant third-party social networks. When you use the "Login" feature, we may access and store some or all of the following information, subject to your preferences and those of the third-party social network: (i) basic information from your public profile, such as your nickname and avatar; (ii) login ID and/or player identifier string; (iii) your friends list; (iv) any other information that is detailed in notifications that appear during the "Login" process. We may share your name and game data related to the applicable application (such as steps, game progress, and scores) with friends who also use the "Login" or "Connect" features related to such applications or with contacts in your applicable third-party social media network account.

The application may further request your permission to post on your behalf on such third-party social networks (e.g., status updates). Please remember that we will only do this with your explicit permission, and we will store your ID and full name for user identification purposes. Other information will only be stored within the application on your device to enable the application to communicate directly with the third-party social network.

(c) How You Share Your Information on Third-Party Social Networks

If you participate in game-related activities on third-party social networks, such as leaderboards and multiplayer games, your information (e.g., scores, rankings, and achievements) will be shared with other players and third-party social networks.

6. Cookies

A cookie is a file that contains a small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent from a website to your browser and stored on your computer's hard drive.
